Provides strategic leadership and coordinates the development and preparation of major proposals (where United is the sitework contractor), qualification statements, expressions of interest, presentations, and other business development materials. What You Bring

• A BA/BS in marketing, engineering, business or a related field.

• 10+ years' experience in generating new business/new client development in the commercial industry.

• 5+ years’ experience in producing accurate, compliant, and compelling proposals—independently and collaboratively in the commercial industry.

• Ability to track metrics and produce reports related to lead generation, proposal success and revenue results.

• Initiative, skill and personal commitment to managing multiple projects and details concurrently, follow up and bring projects to full completion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport heavy equipment and machinery to various jobsites

• Load, unload, and secure equipment properly using chains, binders, and straps
