CURRENT POSITIONS
Project Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager that has at least 3+ Years experience in site work construction and utilities/municipal work.
Must be driven, a self starter, would need to be able to organize, plan and manage multiple projects while making sound decisions under tight deadlines. Must be able to create a budget and stay on task. Must be responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including complete direction on how these projects operates to employees. Holding the employees working on the jobsites accountable for necessary deadlines. Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft project. Foundation software knowledge is a plus.
Construction Estimator
We are seeking a driven individual to come join our team as an Estimator. Experience in the site work contractor/utility contractor field is necessary.
Must be able to create work proposals, review drawings, prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete take offs of scope of work. Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost/availability of materials. Analyze project specifications including sketches, blueprints, sample layouts to determine estimated costs and pricing. Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or another degree related to the job. 3-5 Years estimating, cost control, project management and/or engineering experience.
Heavy Haul Lowboy CDL Driver
Driver will be responsible for loading, transporting and unloading various types of construction equipment and materials with minimal assistance and supervision (if any) in a safe and timely manner. Job duties include, perform pre/post trip inspections, daily vehicle inspection reports. Report any and all equipment needing repairs. Follow all FMCSA rules for properly securing and transporting loads. Read and follow oversized permitted routes. Understand and follow all DOT rules and regulations. Manage paperwork by keeping up with mileage, pretrip inspections, equipment moves and time sheets weekly. Must have a clean MVR, Class A CDL, Current DOT medical card and 2 years heavy haul experience.
Heavy Equipment Mechanic
We are looking for shop and field service technicians. As a heavy equipment service diesel technician you will be diagnosing, troubleshooting and performing standard mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs on equipment in both the field and shop. You must be able to operate industry associated heavy equipment and complete all assigned work in an accurate, safe and timely manner. All Technicians are required to furnish their own tools, with company providing larger tools. Must have verifiable mechanical experience and a valid drivers license with a DOT medical card and clean driving record.
Project Engineer
We are looking for a driven individual who will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accouting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks to completion. Must have experience in the construction industry, and knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, word document, project and foundation experience is a plus!
Construction Superintendent
Must be able to study job specifications and construction drawings to ensure timely start, finish, safety and quality of work for each phase of construction. Ability to understand the scope of work, evaluate and recommend means and methods typical with industry standards, estimate time involved and take initiative with fundamental scheduling changes to minimize cost and time. Manager and work alongside construction crews. Ensure blueprints and plans are followed precisely.
Daily reporting on project status with work completed reports to project management team. Responsible for overseeing, training crews and ensuring accurate and precise work.
Heavy Equipment Operator/Pipe Layers
Will need to be able to operate all types and sizes of heavy equipment including but not limited too: Loaders, bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, rollers and more. Must be able to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner. Inspect all company equipment daily, reporting all equipment damage or injuries to management immediately. Maintain a safe, secure and clean job site at all times. Our company performs site prep, demo, grading, installing storm, sewer and water lines. Experience in grading and/or utilities is a must. Transportation required, drug testing required and strict adherence to safety policies expected.
Lubrication Field Technician
Driver will be responsible for maintaining adequate supply of fuel, lubricants and cleaning equipment and suppliers on Fuel/Lube Truck. Maintain proper lubrication of designated moving parts on all mobile equipment as described in the OEM Lubrication guidelines. Be responsible for maintenance and storage of tools,safe operations of fuel/lube truck. Will be responsible for required documentation including but not limited too, daily log sheets, vehicle inspection reports, site reports and repair reports for equipment. Must keep current Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement. Must be willing to wear safety protective gear as required at all times with possible exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
Dump Truck Driver
Driver must have experience in driving/operating a dump truck. Driver will be responsible for transporting dirt, sand, gravel and other materials used in the construction industry. Driver will load out of various rock quarry's closest to each of our jobsites. Drivers will report to jobsite foreman for proper location to dump materials. Must perform pre/post trip inspections daily, keep up with mileage, pre-trip inspections, load tickets and time sheets weekly. Must need a Class A or Class B CDL with a clean MVR and at least 2 year dump truck experience.
